1、 The precision resistance welding machine does not work when stepping on the foot pedal, and the power indicator light does not light up:
Can the power supply voltage be normal; Whether the control system is functioning properly;
Can the foot switch contacts, switch switch contacts, and split shift switches operate well or burn out.
2、 The power indicator light is on, and the workpiece is pressed tightly without welding:
Can the foot pedal travel be in place and the foot switch work well;
Can the pressure rod spring screw be properly adjusted.
3、 There should be no spatter during welding with precision resistance welding machines:
Can the electrode head oxidize and tighten;
Whether the welding workpiece is tight, rusty, and poorly welded;
Can the adjustment switch shift too high;
Can the electrode pressure be too small and the welding pace be accurate.
4、 The pressure marks on the welding points of the spot welding machine are tight and there are extrudates:
Can the current be too high;
Whether the welding workpiece has unevenness;
Can the electrode pressure be too high, and can the shape and cross-section of the electrode head be suitable.
5、 Insufficient strength of the workpiece welded by the spot welding machine:
Can the electrode pressure be too low and the electrode rod be securely fastened;
Can the welding energy be too low, and can the welding workpiece rust and strain, resulting in poor welding joints;
Can there be too much oxide between the electrode head and electrode rod, electrode rod and electrode arm;
Can the cross-section of the electrode head increase due to wear, resulting in a decrease in welding energy;
Can the electrode and copper soft junction and bonding surface undergo tight oxidation.
6、 Abnormal sound from exchanging weapons during spot welding:
Can the incoming voltage of the exchange warfighter be lower than its own release voltage by 300 volts during welding;
Can the power lead be too thin or too long, resulting in a large voltage drop in the circuit;
Can the network voltage be too low to function properly;
Can there be a short circuit in the main transformer, resulting in excessive current.
7、 The precision resistance welding machine shows overheating phenomenon:
Can the insulation resistance between the electrode holder and the body be poor, resulting in local short circuits;
Whether the inlet pressure, water flow rate, and water supply temperature are suitable, and whether the water system is blocked by dirt, resulting in overheating of the electrode arm, electrode rod, and electrode head due to poor cooling;
Can the copper soft joint and electrode arm, electrode rod and electrode head contact surface oxidize and tense, forming a contact resistance that increases heating tension;
Can the cross-section of the electrode head increase too much due to wear, causing the welding machine to overload and generate heat;
Can the welding thickness and load continuity exceed the standard, causing the welding machine to overload and generate heat.
