Compared with similar equipment, its biggest advantage is that the diameter range of processing pipe is wide (φ4-φ19.5), the length is arbitrary long, suitable for processing pipe: copper pipe, aluminum pipe, galvanized steel pipe; Tubular: coil tube, straight tube. No chip rotary cutting, no cleaning. High degree of automation, simple operation, simple mold replacement, efficient and stable.

Mechanical structure:

This machine is composed of feeding rack, XY bidirectional straightening mechanism of wheel set, 330H synchronous belt feeding driven by servo, rotary encoder counting, chip free rotary cutting head, and pneumatic backfall receiving rack.
Control system: power 380V, PLC controller, servo, rotary encoder, touch screen display. Set manual and automatic. Easy to operate, easy to maintain, stable and reliable.
Working principle: manually load the pipe, pull the pipe from the discharge rack through the straightening mechanism to the entrance of the driving wheel, servo motor drives the pipe feed, encoder counts the pipe length, when the pipe is sent to the set length, the cutting head automatically cuts the pipe, and the receiving rack receives the material.
