The inverter welding machine controller is divided into two kinds of intermediate frequency and frequency conversion. The output frequency of the intermediate frequency controller is 1KHz, and the welding current is DC. It has the advantages of high control accuracy, stable output current, small inductive reactance, light welding transformer and less welding spatter. The output frequency of the variable frequency controller can be adjusted, which can adapt to transformers of different frequencies. The secondary of the transformer does not need rectification, and the structure is simple and reliable.
